Rinca-Sumba-Flores-Adornara-Lembata-Alor
Day 1: Arrive airport of Labuhanbajo, Western part of Flores
Buaya to explore Rinca with Park Ranger guides. Afternoon
snorkel or enjoy the beach. Evening cruise to Waingapu.
Day 2: Morning program includes snorkeling. Cruise to
Waingapu Harbor. After lunch, visit a traditional Sumbanese
noble village at Prailiu. Cultural program arranged .Cruise to
Southwestern Flores Island at Aimere Bay.
Day 3: Arrive at Aimere Bay.Full day exploration to Bena, a
traditional megalithic village of the Bajawa ethnic group of
Flores Island..Cruise to Lela Harbor, heading East from Aimere.
Day 4: Arrive Lela harbor and visit Watublapi village,another
descent of the megalithic culture. Exploration continues to
Sikka village. Cruise to Adonara Island, Eastern Islands of
Flores.
Day 5:Visit beautiful Adonara village and observe their unique
culture and ritualistic traditions. This remote and isolated
area has a long history of tribal conflicts and their belief system
is deeply rooted in Animism. Afternoon includes snorkeling.
Cruise to Lembata Island.
Day 6: Morning for snorkeling. Visit Lamalera village of
traditional whale hunters. This coastal village is lined with
traditional rigged sailing vessels built and used especially for
whale hunting expeditions .Cruise to Pantar Island.
Day 7: Exploration day. Snorkel and explore Pantar Is.
Afternoon village exploration. Pantar Is. is the least visited
island in this region and inland, one can witness the old
megalithic culture and traditions. Evening cruise to Alor.
Day 8:Snorkeling and village visit at Alor Kecil or Ternate Is
in the afternoon.
Day 9: a.m. snorkeling. Cruise to Kalabahi port and ride
local transport to Takpala village, home of the Abui ethnic
group. Explore their hill dwellings or witness a ancestral
ceremony.Stay at anchor in Kalabahi.
Day 10: After breakfast, transfer to Kalabahi airport for flight
to Kupang and connect to final destination, Bali.
